We are excited to introduce our latest offering - the Canadian Cabernet Franc Icewine. This exquisite wine is crafted from the finest Cabernet Franc grapes grown in the cool climate of Canada.

Our winemakers have carefully selected the grapes that are left on the vine until the perfect moment, when they are frozen solid. This freezing process intensifies the flavors and aromas of the grapes, resulting in a rich and complex wine with a unique sweetness that is balanced by a refreshing acidity.

Our Canadian Cabernet Franc Icewine boasts a beautiful deep red color and a bouquet of ripe red fruits, such as cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant. On the palate, it is lusciously sweet with a long and satisfying finish.

Icewine pairs well with simple, fresh desserts. Think fruit salad drizzled with maple syrup, or a simple fruit panna cotta.
