About Us

Wine Station is Ottawa’s DIY ferment-on-premise winery, helping customers create premium-quality wine for less since 1992. As a proud family business, we’ve spent over 30 years helping people across Ottawa and the surrounding area make great wine they’ll love to drink, share, and serve with pride.
At Wine Station, making your own wine is easy. You do not need any winemaking experience — just a love of wine and a sense of what you enjoy drinking. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will guide you through the process, help you choose the right wine for your taste, and make sure everything is simple, enjoyable, and stress-free from start to finish.
We work with quality varietal juices and grape skins from around the world to create wines that combine Old World tradition with New World innovation. The result is exceptional wine with remarkable value — whether you are making a batch for everyday enjoyment, entertaining at home, gifting, weddings, special events, or custom-labeled celebrations.
Over the years, Wine Station has grown to become one of the largest ferment-on-premise wineries in Ontario, helping customers produce hundreds of thousands of bottles. Our reputation has been built on quality, consistency, honest advice, and helping each customer make wine that suits their own personal taste.
Located at 2400 Bank Street in Ottawa’s South Keys near Hunt Club Rd., Wine Station is easy to reach from across the city and nearby communities. Whether you are brand new to winemaking or a longtime customer, we’re here to help you make great wine in a simple, affordable, and rewarding way.
